  37.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF WinNET MAIL (TM):
  38.  
  39.     1.  Your library's catalog or listing must indicate that this
  40.         program is shareware.  It is not free, but it is provided
  41.         to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
  42.  
  43.     2.  The offering and sale of WinNET Mail (TM) will be stopped at 
  44.         any time WinNET Communications, Inc., so requests. 
  45.  
  46.     3.  Copies must be made from the copy of WinNET Mail (TM) sent 
  47.         to you with this agreement. Your copies for distribution must 
  48.         include the ENTIRE WinNET Communications, Inc. distribution. 
  49.         No files may be altered or removed.  This is required.  
  50.         Information files can be added that might facilitate 
  51.         connecting with other UUCP services but in no case can changes 
  52.         be made to bypass the requirement to register WinNET with 
  53.         WinNET Communications, Inc., or can changes be made to the 
  54.         registered version to allow unauthorized use.
